Workshop Description
A successful coach is skilled at helping others reach their goals by asking them the right questions. But even the most talented coaches sometimes come to a plateau with their clients. This workshop will show you how to move through these challenging coaching situations by teaching you how, instead of asking powerful questions of the client’s mind-in-their-brain there is another way of achieving great results and it is connected to quantum physics.
You can take your coaching skills to another level when you learn how to work energetically with your clients’ issues. You will learn a powerful toolkit of techniques to use alongside the coaching methodologies you are currently using or learning which will produce results in your clients’ lives that seem almost magical - often in only a couple of weeks! This approach is consistent with and supportive of traditional coaching models and tools such as GROW, NLP, incisive questions, MBTI etc and adds, what can seem like, a fourth dimension to them.
You will learn how to demonstrate to your clients the implications that quantum physics has upon all our lives in ways that they can easily understand and apply practically.
These include how modern science explains:
- How to create our reality through visualisation and how it works.
- The interconnectedness of all things and how understanding this can change our lives.
- Emotional Intelligence and the purpose of human emotions.
- Why personal choice and intent are so powerful.
- Why ‘being in the present moment’ is so vital for our health and well-being
- How the client can step into their full ‘personal power’.
- How affirmations work.
You will explore in depth and learn how to work with concepts such as:
- The ‘energetic nature’ of all things and the ‘quantum soup’.
- How we physically ‘become’ the thoughts we think and the words we use.
- How to use ‘metaphorical journeying’ in exploring the client’s issues.
- Understanding how to communicate with the ‘body/mind’ to reveal the source of blocks and problems and to resolve them.
- Literally dissolving troublesome emotions.
As a coach, of course, many of these ideas may be familiar to you, particularly if you already use kinesiology, psychodrama, visualisation, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Reiki or NLP.
